    who has EAD LUD as of Jan. 12, 2006?

    LUD(04/03) on approved EAD for me after 3 months of approval. I140 approved long time back and am retrogressed. No LUD on I485, I140 and pending AP applications. Pls throw some light????

    Anybody had this experience. LUD of 04/03/06 on approved EAD(back in Jan 06). I am from NSC. No other LUD on I140, I485 or pending AP application. I140 also approved quite some time back.My PD is retrogressed Can anyone pls help???

    I am from NSC, LUD changed(04/03/06) on both our EAD which were approved in Jan 06. I140 , I485 and pending AP LUD did not change. I140 approved in June 2005. Any inputs or thoughts??

    anyway i would not have the time and resources to run the business as I would be travelling to multiple client sites so it would be my wife who would be doing the work of running the business which should be pretty simple for her as this is the only contract that her business would be having...

    the only reason why we would do this is because my client would pay for my IT consulting work to my wife/wife's company(her client) and not to my H1B holding company. Job duties will be exactly the same as I have now with my gc sponsoring employer, salary will be little more.

    My client in this case my wife's company would be paying my H1B company and in turn they would be paying me. So although I would be working for my wife's company I would not be drawing a salary from her company. My salary would come from my H1B holding company

    As per Murthy if I140 approved and I485 pending and affected due to retrogression then H1B extension is for 3 yrs. Also when you leave for India make sure that you have a valid AP to return back or since you will be in India for such a long time you could also have your passport stamped with H1B...

    Fingerprints expire after 15 months

    so this means that when u get your 2nd FP notice your case has been looked at and it is close to being adjudicated, am i right in drawing this conclusion?
