All of these approvals seems to have taken place on oct the 30th and oct 31st. Anyone seen any approvals on Nov 1st and today (nov 2nd). I wonder what time and how frequent the AVM gets updated .. please share ur thoughts ... thanks

I am not able to get thru the IIO s .. I am trying to get an answer ( which probably they won\'t..) as per what\'s happening out there ... are they processing I-140 instead of I-485 Is 485 halted for the time being ... Or this is just a brief pause which will last for couple of weeks...

 

My I-140 was in AOS -- not CP --- Come on !!! any JAn approvals ?

Needless to say some of us ( with ND 01/01) will still be arnd for few more months .. If some one has not got their case transferred yet what are the chances of a \'transfer to the local INS\' now .. any thoughts ... RD -- DEC 00 , ND JAN 01
