    Is EAD required for travel

    I got my AP but still have yet to recive the EAD . My H1 is about to expire I will be travelling shortly outside USA , so the question is do i need both EAD and AP for travel or do we just need AP for travel(say i travel after my h1 expires) , Kindly advice Thanks

    My wife EAD was approved on July 30th 2004 . Even After waiting for 30 days when we did not receive the EAD, my lawyer approced the USCIS who said that the EAD was returned to USICS since it was sent to wrong address . They said that they will correct the address and promised to resent the EAD...
