Hi Billtoo, I think you should be fine. That might be just a generic message on I140 approval notice if you are from retro country and PD is not current. It doesn't make any sense otherwise. Good Luck.

There might be the case that, they are still working on EB2 cases but not adjudicating 140 until 485 is ready to be adjudicated.

Hi Jay, When did u apply for 485? and when were your FPs done? LUD could be because of the update on FP results. I assume your son may be less than 14 years old and didn't go for FP. In that case there won't be any LUD change for him.
