My application for 485/EAD/AP reached Nebraska SC on June 19th. My PD was current during the month of June but none of the checks have been cashed yet. I was wondering if anyone who applied around that time got their receipts or have their checks cashed. 23 days sounds kind of long not to cash...

For some reason the IA step has slowed down considerably after June/July. And it seems no one knows why. If someone knows the reason for this slowdown, please post here.

It seems it has slowed down considerably after August Applicants. I looked up few other forums too and everyone seem to agree that IA has slowed to down for everyone. Some are saying it might be 10-12 months from AOR date for IA to get done. Let's hope its much earlier than that. Let's keep...

It seems there has been very few IA responses in after June. I looked up Yogi site and there are no posts of IA steps after Jun 2005. There are, however, AOR entries. So I am guessing there must be huge backlog there. If anyone has clue on why did it suddenly slowed (stopped) since June, please...

Dont' have the letter with me. But it came to the attorney and apparently it says Mar 18 deadline to reply. My employer has to sign it and send it back.
