    FP notice missing..

    My lawyer is says that they didn\'t receive any fingerprint notice but when they called INS the officet told them that INS had already mailed the fingerprint notice about 4 months ago. Now my lawyer is trying to get another notice from INS. Does anyone have any idea what to do in such cases...

    Time limit Is there a time limit within which the FP must be completed after the notice is issued by the INS. Does losing the initial FP notice affect the GC processing in any way? Is the AVM updated once a FP notice has been issued? Thanks
