So no one cares? quite a few people viewed this message but few reply. So peopel decide just to wait? I'm in Seattle and the Labor certificate in Washington is so slow that took me more than 2 and half years. Now my case is in NSC which is the slowest service center. I really think it's not...

But that's just luck I have a couple friends applied in 2003 and they are still waiting. there are always some luck people. But for most of us we have to suffer because of the slowness of NSC.

Compared to other service center, NSC is far behind. anyoen know what's going on there? will they try to catch up or we are just screwed? anything we can do? I always feel it's unfair that we have to wait for so much longer than others just because our cases are pocessed by NSC.

Thanks for all ther replies. I think I'll probably go with cocurrent filing. My company is very stable. I'm just a little bit bored to stay in the same company for such long time. :-(. I will file in NSC which is not fast center at all. But I hope it will improve soon on the concurrent case. one...

I just got my LC after two and half year waiting. :-( The lawyer of my company told me that I won't be able to utilize AC21 if I file I-140 and I-485 concurrently as both of them will be approved at the same time now. In order to use AC21, you have to have I-140 approved and I-485 pending. Just...
