Yes, for the substitute labor, they use PD of substitue labor and would likely get approve 485 if it is before 1/1/02.

I don't think there is way to confirm that. The only thing I could think is if you contact Customer Service with a valid reason but I don't know they would tell you the beneficiary details (company or applicant).

I did not recieve any recipts to my home address. When I ask my lawyer about 140 receipt, he gave me 140, 485 & EAD receipt numbers. Based on the forums, applicant should receive receipts for 485 and EAD. I thought lawyer/employer receives only 140 receipt. Please reply any one who knows about this.

All, This is just a thought :cool: . It would be good idea every one to include their 140/485/EAD filing dates (at least RD) in their signature. In that way when some one is telling they got FP or RFE or approval, others don't need to ask "what is your filing date or it is EB2 or EB3" or they...
