    Correction I misquoited one sentence in my original message. The NVC then will send me to the appropriate consulate for consular processing, not to get my H1 visa. Thank you.

    My I140 just got approved. However, the approval letter says I'm not eligible for adjustment of status and my approved petition has been sent to the National Visa Center (NVC) in New Hampshire.
