Dear Gpng dl: Thanks for your suggestions. I did everything for my EB1-EA as well as NIW. Since all evidence for my EB1-EA was thrown into the dustbin by the evaluating officer therefore I do not want to do NIW by myself. Do you have any suggestions for a good attorney?
