    I guess 6 months is more common they allow compare to 3 months. My mother-in-law got 6 months with no questions. Again, it all depends on the officer mood at POE. :)

    RFE for medicals

    We had same situation. Your wife cannot take the immunization while breastfeeding. Your doctor can give a waiver(citing breastfeeding) which you can submit to USCIS.

    We (me and my wife[Primary Applicant]) received the emails with same exact message today. I guess we just have to wait and see. Who is going to receive the RFE? Our lawyer or we? :confused:
