My I485 has been filed for more than 120 days(RD4/11/01, ND5/4/01) but I have not got FP so far. I asked my lawyer to send a fp inquiry sheet to INS but I was rejected. May I send the fp inquiry sheet by myself even though there is no lawyer signature in the sheet?

No Title Hi,Gaga: My lawyer sent I485 by Fedex at April 10 and I am sure CSC got it at April 11 the same day as your friend\'s.But so far no receipt.Hopefully CSC will issue receipt to us soon.
