Correct....as IA approved cases till around 15th April, 2004...and dBEC has already approved almost all cases PD till 4/15/2004, there are not much DOL cases left at dBEC for state IA. Looks like, dBEC will complete all the DOL cases by end of Feb. There are very few DOL cases left now at...

Congrates to your friend. This is the latest known PD that got LC approval from dBEC. Mine is 4/07/04......holding my breath tight :eek: !!!

Your PD is April 2, 2004. Your case is a DOL case as it moved to Chicago. Did your lawyer get and replied 45 day letter? If so, you should get your approval this week :D (I think ..it is in the usps mail). Good luck....let us know the good news.
