    please advice - confused about change of address

    The fingerprint notice is being sent to location closer to your home address stated in the application. That will specify the location and date. However I have seen folks successfully completing fingerprint at other location (different from the one mentioned in the notice) and that too earlier...

    How long does it take for I-140 receipt

    It usually take 2-4 weeks. You should be getting it in couple of days. Don't worry.

    Don't think so. The ND date can be found on the receipt notices of your application. If you don't have the receipt, then you may add the EAC numbers into your portfolio at www.uscis.gov site and check the date for when the application was received by USCIS which is what the ND is.

    LUD changed twice 8/31, 9/1 but no change in message. No LUD change today so far!! Does any one can shed light what this means?
