Jack1, I too got RFE for 3rd round of filing EAD and AP. They couldnt find the I-140 approval. So we had to mail them a copy. I'm sure you will get approved soon. I've heard of folks getting RFE for EAD and AP after getting 485 approved! So just hang in there!!
