I-140 RFE - Pls help

I-140 RFE - Pls help
I got an REF on my I-140 in Jan, 2005 and the lawyer responded within two weeks from the issue date. However, the case status on the INS web site shows the same message that RFe issued. Response was FedExed and we have the proof that INS received RFE. Does case status updates after...- ysrao99
