Both my husband's and my case got approved on Aug 16, 2004. Our finger print expired on Aug 25, 2004. I guess that may be the trigger. Best wish to all you guys. Here are the details. RD: April 4th, 2003 ND: April 17th, 2003 140 Approved: March, 2004- sun_flower
