Reckless Driving
Hi; I have two "reckless driving" on my record. One happened in 1991 and the second in 2000. They are NOT alcohol related. Are these needed to be mentioned in my I-485? Thanks- BAE68

reckless driving is considered a misdemeanor Thanks for the reply. Reckless driving is considered a misdemeanor in many states. For example I was doing 83 mile/hr. (in 60 zone) in Virginia and found out that anything above 80 mile/hr. is automatically considered "reckless driving!"...- BAE68

Hi; My EB1-EA and NIW have been approved, but I do not know which one to file, or should I file both? My second concern: I have two "reckless driving" on my record. One happened in 1991 and the second in 2000. Are these needed to be mentioned in my I-485? Thanks- BAE68
