so fi my labor was filed in SESA on June 2001 then my PD is June 2001, my LC with Regional was filed on Aug 2002 and I 485 and I 140 was filed on oct 2003 . In this case what will be my PD. Non of the receipt form shows PD Thanks

How did u know your priority date is sept 2003. I am not guaranteeing, but you should see your approval when they open your file for EAD and AP. Note that your FP should have been completed though. I am just posting, what I have been noticing from my friend's cases.

Guys, Reality is different. No mater what INS web site is showing whichever processing date, they are processing concurrent application simultaneously. Few of my friends which are not on this thread has got there GC and were filed in aug and sept '03. Their EAD and AP renewal triggered this...

Guys, Has anybody renewed their EAD and AP recently. What they are saying is if your I485 is getting ready within 6 months then your renewal will be for 6 months. And if it takes 2 yrs then your renewal will be for 2 years. Is this true, has anybody seen this. Thanks

My lawer is demanding around $2000 for renewal for AP and EAD for me and my wife. This fee includes his fee and processing fee. Is this expensive ? Do u guys have any idea ? Can we renew AP and EAD, without using lawer? Is it going to be risky if we can do by ourselves. Please let me know...
