    The category doesn\'t influence the speed of approval in the I-485 stage ... I don\'t think they give priority to any one specific cat. - it seems to be pretty random....

    We got our FP done about 3 weeks early My FP date was 12/28 and I got it done on 12/8 in Boston. We went early in the morning - there was a long line so we were asked to wait as the officer needed supervisor approval - wasn\'t a problem..got it done and we were out in about 3hrs. I would...

    What did the AVM message say when the EAD was approved ? Did it just say \' This case has been approved \' ? or did it also say \' Your card has been ordered\' ? Thanks in advance !!

    Called the IIO at VSC and got my receipt numbers She was rather cheesed off and said that I should wait to get them from the lawyer...anyway, I pleaded and got them.. MD 8/31 ND 11/7 Said the AP had been assigned to an officer, for EAD she said 60 to 90 days from ND :-((
