Update doesn't say anything about the name check though. It is the same message since FP results LUD Operator did say that the name check has been cleared and there is no visa number available yet for my 1-485. My PD is 10-APR-2002

Hi csc_pawn, I just called the emergency number, and i'm told that the name/background check has been completed on 11-FEB-2005. I guess LUD (14-FEB-2004) on my 1-485 was due to that reason.

it was last updated on 14-FEB-2005 with no reason. i don't know whether my I485 has passed name check. could you please let me know how to verify whether it has been passed or not.
