Paper filing EAD is definitely faster ...
I thought EFiling EAD would be faster(considering the technology). But my friend and I applied the day - I efiled and he paper filed. I told him he was crazy. Turns out his EAD came in 1.5 months and mine came in 2.5 months. Now we know who was crazy.
EAD Renewal & AP
I applied for my 2nd EAD 4 months after it expired !!! And AP I applied 6 months after it expired!!! It definitely didn't create any problems for approval. Infact, in my case, 2 weeks after I applied for 2nd EAD, I got 2nd FP notice. And 1 week after I applied for 2nd AP, I...

So you shouldn't worry too much about. Just keep the copy of the...
You can go to the USCIS website and navigate to the page where you can check the status of an application. I believe it is ..

What a sight for sore eyes... Both my wife's and my applications were approved today - got the magic emails from USCIS in the afternoon. I was surprised, and then scared that it might be an RFE. But luckily, it said that we were approved. Didn't get any RFEs during the process. Interesting...
