correct
LUDs are indicative of some activity, but without any transparency, any theories are just that.... theories
However, your PD is old and there are quite a few people with similar PD who are getting approved.
So no matter what about LUDs you should get approved soon....
Your good
Getting an RFE is good in a wierd sort of way..
That means somebody is working on your case. RFEs are usually sent only after namecheck is complete....
I think it is good news guys
I think your cases are getting ready for Visa allocation for November. Just speculating though... dont know for sure.. Hope fully you guys should hear good news soon... In a couple of weeks
BTW my PD is Aug 2003 EB2 India and I got a LUD on 10/22.
M guess is it takes a while to update their systems. There is no direct interface between the 2 systems. They process the data in batches. when CIS updates their system, you should see a LUD on your case....
I Agree
I had 2 INFOPASS appts in Houston and both times I gotto speak to the same IO. I was enquiring about my name check. The lady was too lazy to even look up my case... She just said my namecheck is pending based on what i filled out on my inquiry form....:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
So when is name check actually initiated?
Is name check actually initiated before FP? Even more is name check initiated when I140 is applied? My application reached USCIS july 2nd. Any chances my NC would have been complete?
Or maybe I should take an InfoPass Appt.. :)
They may repost it..
but I am not sure if they will always do it. In my case, they did so when I was applying for OPT after my F1, many years ago though:) .
