    Time for EB2 140 VSC.

    Looks like VSC is still focussing on EB3(I-140) cases as I am seing EB3 approvals for Mar'04. When they are going to touch EB2 ? May be we have to wait for another couple of weeks and hope they will start processing EB2 once they reach Mar 31'04 for EB3 cases.
