I believe it was July 26. I think the case was updated twice once in august and than on October 28. Hope this helps and good luck to your case.

me too I received 5 emails for my spouse but none for me. I just applied for 485 few months ago so I am not hoping for anything :) EB2 (india) I485/140: June 2006 FP: Aug 2006 EAD/AP: Aug 2006

It depends when it was filed. Check the processing dates of the center it was filed at. Mine is VSC and they are processing June 2005 485 applications.

Can anyone advice on how they think EB2 will progress for India. The visa bulletin is not much of a help predicting whats going to happen in 2007. I have a PD of Nov 2002 and was able to apply for 485 but not sure when will it clear.

Eb2 India EB2 went back to June 2002. I hope it doesn't retrogress from there.

I will try to get whatever information I can. I just talked to him yesterday so I will wait few days before calling him again. But will try to post something by end of next week.

I found out from by Brother that he has a friend who works for Philly BEC. So I talked to his friend regarding my case which has a Philly DOL RD of August 2003. He is saying it should be approved by end of the year. That was just a guess on his part but I hope he is correct.

Any approvals from BEC?? Has anyone heard of any aprovals from Philadelphia BEC? This is started to get really painful.

My receipt date is vey close to yours. August 11th , 2003. iI received my letter in early Janaury. the letter was received at the lawyer's office. i suggest you follow up with your lawyer if you have not already done so.

I do not think these are rumors as even I heard of some approvals last week. I think there is a trickle of truth.
