Yes, that is what she says I asked specifically , but she says we cannot give PCC before 30 days.

I called Indian embassy in SFO I talked to a lady in SFO. She is nice, but she says, she cannot send PCC before 30days even though process is complete. She asked me to call on 6th morning and said she will be sending in airborne on that day. Hope fully , every thing works out.
