Does EB2 have priority over EB3? From the trend it looks like EB2 gets faster approvals(Feb, Mar, Apr-2001) than EB3. NSC/EB3/ND-Jan-18-01

No Title Thanks hobo, This is funny because my RD 1/11/01 ND 1/29/01 EB3 RIR NSC, Minneapolis and I got FP in March and EAD in April but no AP.

EB3/RIR/other/Minneapolis RD:Jan/09/01 ND:Jan/23/01 Some with ND in Feb. getting FP. There is no order at NSC. I don\'t think we can make any conclusions based on FP notice dates. All these are mutually exclusive events. Pro007

Applied for I-485/AP/EAD all at the same time at NSC. Need to travel immediately, can I apply for AP with local INS, Bloomington, MN. Will this have any negative effect on my I-485 process in NSC? NSC takes 4-5 months to approve PA and local INS takes only a week. Please advise. Thanks
