Same here RD/ND 03/05/02 EB2 RIR I think we will have a wait a longer as folks with ND 02/15 have not heard from INS yet. I have lost hope in this process and have decided not to continue further. Could you please update the tracker.

Yes they do. If you do not have your case number call chicago DOL at (312)353 1054 or (312)353 7516 and talk to them. I went this way and got my case number. My application has reached them on Oct. 12th and I am still waiting to hear from them. -SanSan

for minka My application was also filed on May 11th. I am yet to hear from the DOL. So i guess we will have to wait and see how it goes.

No Title HighAnxiety, My case is in DOL now. RD 10/12. I talked to an immigration officer at DOL yesterday and got an update: They are still processing cases with RD AUg 22. So he said it will be another 2 months before they get to my case.

No Title Do you know when did you file your Labor Application. ( IL SESA RD). If so could you kindly post the info. I have filed my case on May 11th and am still waiting to hear from DOL.

I did have the same experience I did try calling them during the early part of the day but was unable to get hold of the DOL staff. But around lunch time you can easily get to them.

When I called DOL they seemed to be very polite and helpful.

I agree I have heard that lately there are more EB2 cases than EB3 cases and with recent layoffs, INS has been little more careful in processing EB2 cases, I think. I dont buy the security stuff. If security is being enforced, then it will affect all cases irrespective of the category.
