    needs advise am planning to apply for greencard through labor certification. is RIR proven to be the fastest way of doing it? a friend of mine says it doesn\'t really matter if labor cert. is done traditionally or RIR. but of course, i need to go the fastest way possible...is RIR or otherwise?
