    I got a query on 140 in Feb and I responded to it in the last week of Feb 2004 and I got the receipt. Still, EAD is pending. Do I need to wait till my 140 get clear?

    Hi, I applied for EAD in November 2003, still I didn't get my EAD yet. when I called BCIS, they said my case was on hold but they didn't said why it is on hold. Is anybody facing same problem? Any solution for this problem? Any help will be greately appreciated.
