Perm Maybe DOL is purposefully delaying all the cases in the hope that all these cases would move or will be forced to move into the PERM process. Is that true, that once PERM starts all the cases which have been previously filed should be moved into PERM process? :p

OHIO is very slow For regular Labor Ohio is the worst. You are right brother! Check out other states. I applied RiR in July of 2003, but some dude from Iowa or Kansas one fo those states applied his in that state in Nov 2003. His labor is now cleared. So you know it is better changing employers...
