Perm
Maybe DOL is purposefully delaying all the cases in the hope that all these cases would move or will be forced to move into the PERM process. Is that true, that once PERM starts all the cases which have been previously filed should be moved into PERM process?
:p
Backlog Reduction Plan
I have heard of some process in place to reduce the backlog. Is that going to be true for EB related cases in Chicago?
Can someone share their thoughts?
OHIO is very slow
For regular Labor Ohio is the worst. You are right brother! Check out other states. I applied RiR in July of 2003, but some dude from Iowa or Kansas one fo those states applied his in that state in Nov 2003. His labor is now cleared. So you know it is better changing employers...
Confirmation
I had asked one guy in Chicago thread who moved recently from OH sesa into fedral level...looks like OH is indeed processing May 2003 after all.
Thought it could be of some worth for those who are waiting to hear :)-
Re: AnbuFl can you pls answer something ?
Hello...
AnbuFl can you pls answer something ?
Your case moved to DOL right in April...but Oh Sesa is still processing March 2003. I wanted to know if you filed for an IT position related labor and also if OH is still in March 2003?
Pls answer...OH thread is not that active so I miss out a lot af...
Recent approval
I did see someone in the Chicago federal thread, he/she mentioned that she/he filed in Apr 2003 and was approved(meaning forwarded to Chicago) by Apr 2004 for RiR case. If that is true then the Ohio state labor website mentioning that they are currently processing May 2004 could...
Ask your lawyer to call immediately
You are too patient I guess. But it is worth asking your lawyer to call the state office and find out the status. Maybe that way you will know what is going on....Jan 2003 should have been processed by now!
current trend with labor certifications...
Based on the current trend in OH and Chicago...RiR cases only
let us say people have filed the state labor in Sept 2003...OH people are working very very very hard and they are trying to process one month's worth of cases in two months.....so...
timelines....
as far as timeliness is concerned, ever since holiday period was over they only moved one month. I am not sure if they will keep moving one month forward every month...from here on. That is what it used to be before the christmas holidays. Dude even if you anticipate that your...

I was reading this forum, my case is still with SESA...anyway I see that there are lot of RFEs at DOL. I was just wondering has anyone recently received an approval. I am sensing they are all flat out rfeing all cases...is that true? Also if you receive an RFE is there a chance...
ANY UPDATES??
Please post some information, our thread has been silent for a long time. If you have received any queries or how you handled your query and any response from them regarding that....

thanks pinkyponky
actually it must be some simple question about your company. since it had nothing to do specifically on your details right, so I would be cool about it. I would still recommend posting this question on some of the most active threads ...like for other states. Out thread is...
