    approved RD 05/20 - Took 11 months in total

    Congratulations!! I have a friend who filed I140 in 04/01 and he just encountered the large volume of 245(i) so he didn\'t get his receipt until 06/01 then got his I140 approval in September. You are really lucky to avoid the 245(i) large flow. Congratulations !!

    You can get there around 5:30am We went to Santa Ana office around 5:30am last Friday, and there are only 8 people there( not all the poeple are for Interim EAD, so we are 2nd and 3rd for EAD). There are around 70 poeple in the queue at 7am when the door is open. Show our I765 receipts at...
