For me they accepted only courtesy copy When I showed them the original, they asked me for the courtesy copy saying that they needed to verify the address. This was in Sacramento.

Got our passports stamped on 11/23 at Sacramento. Got there by 5.30 am. They opened at 7.00 and we got our stamping by 7.45. They requested the courtesy copy when I presented the original. THey also took out EAD cards and the I-94 and did not give them back. Is that usual? Aren\'t we supposed...

I think FedEx works good Though I am not sure of the exact address it was mailed to .. it was sent to Mailroom, Laguna Niguel by my lawyer by fedex. And my case was approved just 4 days after receipt at INS. So I think FedEx works good. vine

No Title hope and pray that your case is not approved before you had a chance to add your wife to your 485 application. Once ur 485 is approved, getting ur wife is really a tough job. You cannot get H4 for her. The only thing she could get is an H1B or B1. Otherwise it will be at least 3 years...
