Folks, help needed! I got laied off 3 month after RD, company noticed INS about layoff(maybe about H1 revocation), I got my H1-B transfer approved 7month after RD, and EAD apporved 7 monthe after RD. Now the previous company wants to hire me back. I am going to use EAD with sponsor. Do I...- jerryw
