Suggestion Hi I suggest that you use FOIA to get copies of LC and I-140 and use that for applying I-485. I think BCIS will be able to locate LC and I-140 applications even if you don't have receipt #. Give it a shot. Good Luck Gopal.

In Phoenix In Phoenix, You can get license using EAD/ 485 receipt. Make sure that you take the latest processing times that says 485 processing will take 600-800 days so that you get license for a longer duration. -Dumeel
