Well, Its finally done. We received our "notice to welcome Permanent resident" emails this morning. Had soft LUDs on our cases on 2/14. I think that this is a direct result of the NC memo. Its a great relief and best wishes to all. Time to celebrate President's Day:D

Quick question- on what criteria are I-140 cases being kept at NSC or transferred further to TSC? I know that initially all the cases have to be submitted to NSC. Does it matter if your original area of jurisdiction is CSC or VSC for where it will end up for adjudication? Thanks!
