    Since August, SF DOL has jumped from Sept. 2000 to Nov. 2001 for non-RIR cases, there got to be approvals, but we haven't heard any yet. If anyone has any status update for non-RIR, please post, thanks.

    DOL processing time My case was transferred from SESA to DOL on Jan.7th, but today my lawyer told me he just got DOL receipt dated Mar. 4th, is it possible? He also mentioned estimated processing time would take about 90 days from receipt date (Mar. 4th).
