    I applied for EAD on Feb 27 2003 and got an RFE on my I140 regarding ability to pay.I want to know , whether that puts a hold on my EAD.     Certified? I dont think you need certified tax return. I have got a similar query. I have seen my RFE , it asks for 2002 and 2003 tax return.There is nothing that asks for certified tax return. I dont about your case though. Good Luck

    Interim EAD on Hold

    I went to Baltimore office for an issuance of interim EAD as my I-765 application is pending over 90 days ( 27 Feb 2004).
