I didn't understand what is AC140. I guess we need to file I824 to change status from AOS to CP eventhogh it's misstake of INS people. SatyaM

Hi Raju, Thanks for your suggestion. My Employer faxed I140 form in which it is mentioned clearly for CP. Eventhough my Lawyer is still suggesting to file I824 to change status from AOS to CP, if I don't want to proceede for AOS. SatyaM
