I picked the offical approval notices from my attereny this morning. I checked the on-line status just before and it stays the same as before as "Your finger print received .....", nor I received the email-alerts. Don't 100% depend on the on-line status.

I was surprised that our I-485s have been approved on July 26,2004. I got the approved letters from BCIS this morning. What a good start for the weekend morning! No email alert nor on-line stauts changed yet. Concurrent fillings: I-140s: Jan. 22, 2003 Approved: Nov. 2003 I-485s...

If you travel with AP, do you have to turn in I-94 card to the CIS before you are boarding the airplane, then get a new one when you return to US? Thanks in advance.
