Yes, I did FP at El Cajon office, I went to there in a Saturday morning. Sometimes they ask you to come back after 12:00pm if you want to do a early FP, but I also heard that sometimes they don't accept early FP. Good luck.

Does anybody know if the online message will be changed from 'Approved' to 'Card Ordered' after passport stamping and how long it takes to see the change ? The passport stamping officer told me that it takes from 1.5 months to several years to receive the card, is really that long ???
