My wife has an apptmt at the Toronto consulate on Dec 13. Her permanent address on the DS-156 is different from the one on her paystub since she recently moved. Would that be a problem. What could be a probable answer if the VO asks her why the difference in address. Please suggest.

Congratulationa on your visa. I have one question. Did you get a new I94 when coming to US.

My wife came here in 2004 on H4 and go ther H1 approval this year with a start date of Oct 1, 2006. Her approval has an attached I-94 through which she can start working. Does your ask you to leave the country and obtain visa before working?

My wife is on her H4 and has an approval for Oct 2006. We are planning to go to the Canada Consul sometime in Dec or Jan 07 for her visa since we need to go to India during Feb, 07. She dropped out of her Masters in 2004 and since then she was on her H4. Does anyone have any similar situation...
