I think I have similar stamp also. It should be normal. DHF is the name of the person who stamped your passport. Good Luck.

You are right The option "You have received an approval letter or Form I-797C from the Service Center or local office instructing you to come into the office for alien identification card processing / passport stamp." is the one that you should use for PP stamping.

Follow this link: https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp and create your profile on USCIS site . Add your receipt numbers on your profile and enable youe self to receive email. It is pretty straight forward. When ever your case status changes you will get email from USCIS. Good luck.

Provide your INS receipt numbers, Name, date of birth, address, A#, contact email/fax. That should do it.

Dude, do not file request to "extradite" :) (although request to 'expedite' won't hurt). Basically you should call INS and let them know about your dates. They are totally useless in the sense they will ask you to wait upto 30 days have passed. I suggest contact the senator from your area.
