Hey Go to ur local office and ask for an emergency AP giving them the facts and produce your Receipt notice and a letter from a doctor in India stating the problem. They will understand and issue an emergency AP. ALL the best.

RD - Receipt Date ND - Notice Date RD means the day your application has be offically received at the Center. ND means when your application has been entered into the system. INS uses RD as the baseline date for process and hence any message saying so and so days is noting but RD+ so...

Find your EAD online status message. If it says that cards have been ordered, it may take a few more days but if it says that its been sent..you will receive in a 3-5 days time.
