ppk walther,
You have mentioned that you were without Job in india for 6 years and came to US (by hook or by crook) which implies that you had serious problem in your skills. As every one else indicated, if you have right skills, you will never face difficulty finding jobs in USA.
Multiple I-140s
Hi Saknia / or other experts,
Sorry this is not the right forum for this question, but many are experts in this thread, so please help me..
I have applied I-140 last week (after PBEC's labor approval - PD Oct 2002) through my present company. My previous employer had...
I-140 twice
Is it possible to file I-140 twice? (One from COmpany A and another from company B - if the both the companies have approved labor - not substitution)
Going by approvals we received y'day (me and my frind got approvals on same day as we replied the 45 day letter same time in March 2005), you should be getting any time. Our case number started with: P-04323XXXXXX.
CA labor approved
Finally my labor is approved......
3 more people from our firm got approved.
Our labor was filed from CA, around October 18, 2002 EB3 (RIR)
Thanks one and all for valuable input all along.

Any idea
My friend's case details came from PBEC ( in response to 7 th year request) with Case # starting with "P-04274xxxxx". His case was filed in CA (priority date 10/18/02) RIR (EB3). I am seeing in this forum that many cases with similar priority dates are in Dalla BEC and got approved...
Case Status
I got an email confirmation from PBEC (reply for my 8 year extension status request) where in the Case Status is RIR. What does that mean? ( Processing type is also shown as RIR
Thanks
Substitute Labor

Looks like this is going to happen soon....
