Might be risky?
Won't that be risky? Can't CIS revoke the approval any time in the future if/when they discover their own error? Don't know what happens then (file all over again?).

FP 08/2004
My FP appt date is two weeks from now, but was wondering if it's possible to go for fingerprinting earlier than that. Did anyone successfully appear & get fingerprinted earlier than the appt date on FP notice (in Atlanta)?
I received the FP notices at my home address (not lawyer's). Actually, I moved a month back, and filed AR-11 for change of address. Fortunately, their database seems to have been updated, and the notices had our correct (new) home address.
That reminds me: I should add one more to the range...
My wife & I received our first fingerprint notices yesterday (appt set for Aug 25). Not sure what triggered it, but could be any of the following:
* As others are theorizing, TSC could be performing a "FP mass sweep" for all pending 2001/02 petitions.
* My (long overdue) 3rd AP petition...
Am in the same boat. My third AP, RD 01/28/04 not yet approved. My wife's is already approved but not mine. Called NCSC 800# this morning. They "initiated an enquiry", and I "should expect to receive a letter in 3-4 weeks".
485 RD 06/02
No FP yet
BTW, called 800 number to enquire about my AP delay. They said they can initiate an enquiry only after USCIS posted processing date passes 30 days beyond ND. In my case, that'll be after AP processing date moves past 02/28/04.
Mine & my wife's (3rd) AP ND is 01/28/04.
My wife's AP got approved 04/28/04.
No update on my AP yet.
Strange, since I'm the primary applicant.
