My spouse got FP notice on 9/1/2004 and I still haven't got mine. And I'm the primary applicant. I checked with my lawyer and he didn't get it either. Is this normal? Is there any other way to check if such a notice has been issued to me?

My I-140 & I-485 were filed concurrently in September 2003 and my I-140 was still not approved yet. I'm considering contact the Senator to speed up my case. Anyone has such experience? Does it really help a lot and trigger the I-140 approval soon? Thanks a lot for your input.

My I-140 was filed in September last year with ND of 9/18/2003 (EB3), no RFE. It seems more than half of the September cases have been approved. I want to open an inquiry on my case. Has anyone done this before? How long it is going to take for a case to be approved after the inquiry? Thank you!

Does anyone know how VSC will process I-140/I-485 concurrent filiing after April 30? I filed my I-140/I-485 in the middle of Sep. 2003.
