As per new JIT, I-485 moved to March 19th 2004. But I-140 dates for EB-2 / EB-3 remains the same.

One of my friends got the 1st FP notice within 15days of 485 RD. As far as I know his details are: 140, 485 Concurrent filing in EB2 485 RD is March 15, 2004 FP ND is April 1, 2004 Seems to be very fast. Is anybody got FP notice like this?
