iminus, Thanks for your info about I-129. Yes, you are right. I contacted Consulate thru email and they said that it is required and it should be original one! How can it be original, when original is already sent to the Immigration Department by my lawyer ? :mad:

iminus, Was your visa L1 visa ? Was your I-797 a 'BLANKET PERMIT' ?

warko01, I have sent my all papers to my relative in Ahmedabad thru USPS. My relative is going to hand over the bunch of papers along with drafts in Rupees to Blue Dart office personally on Monday. I will let you know once I receive confirmation from the consulate.

warko01, The best thing to do is write to info@visa-services.com. They will reply you in 24 hours. I have sent emails couple of times and have good experience.
