Case reopened PBEC has reopened my case and the online status say my case is now in 'Data review" stage. At the beginning of ths year my case was "In Process" stage and then got "closed" and now it is again in 'data review' stage. It seems my case is now at the very end in the queue.

I wanted to share this info with you guys that my case was transferred from florida to Atlanta DOL last month. Now it's going to be a long wait for Atlanta DOL approval.

Florida SESA had asked for a copy of the advertisement. My attorney had provided the copy of ad and hopefully it should be processed in a couple of weeks.
